5. Bookings, Payments & Refunds

  • Bookings for classes, sessions, or events may be subject to availability.

  • Unless otherwise specified, all bookings are non-refundable once confirmed.

  • Reload Sanctuary and PT. Pelangi Bahagia Indonesia are not liable for injuries, accidents, or damages incurred while using our facilities or services.

  • Clients are responsible for ensuring they are in suitable health to participate in physical activities.

7. Restaurant & Retail Purchases

  • All food and beverage sales at the restaurant are final.

  • Products purchased at the shop (on-site or online) may only be returned or exchanged in cases of defect or error in delivery.
